The operation of Wokingham Theatre is governed by our Memorandum, Articles of Association, and our Rules. The board is elected by the membership at the theatre's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held each spring.

Wokingham Theatre is a Registered Charity No 292448.
The Theatre is also registered with Companies House, No 01933168, and we submit audited accounts each year covering our financial activity.
Wokingham Theatre is affiliated to the Little Theatre Guild (LTG), The National Opera and Dramatic Association (NODA) and also the Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT).
